Small change – Big difference

I believe that small changes in beliefs, behaviour, or attitude can have a massive impact on our life. So for the last couple of months I’ve been working on sourcing real world examples of small changes with big impact which inspire and encourage others to make small changes in their own lives.

So for the last couple of months I’ve been working on sourcing real world examples of small changes with big impact which inspire and encourage others to make small changes in their own lives.

Imagine for a moment, just one aspect of your life that you would really like to change. What came to mind? Was it something you’ve ‘tried’ to change before? You can change it, and it’s much easier than you realise. Through small changes in thought and action, we can realise big changes in life.

 

Having had fascinating conversations about this, it’s opened my eyes to the power and simplicity of the idea, and I want to make it happen.  We’re looking for a demonstration group to generate real life case studies and examples of success to start in February 2014.

It’ll be run one-on-one (over the phone or in person) and limited to 4-5 individuals to start. Identifying what the difference that makes the difference in your life is our could be, and then making it happen – primarily through focused behavioral change, or reframing patterns of thinking. Just one small change.

Some small change – big difference real life examples from the past few weeks include:

Having a happier and healthier relationship to food, by focusing on energy and not weight loss (and then losing weight as a natural result)
Waking up happy rather than stressed, by not taking your mobile or laptop into the bedroom (and so not automatically reaching for it first thing, allowing space for your own thoughts)
Focusing on managing energy rather than managing tasks on a todo list, for a happier more fulfilling and more energised daily life

Yours could be anything, and we’re going to prove how powerful and easy it is to identify and make a small change that results in a big difference.
